3. AI Usage Disclosure

Your content is processed by AI. When you use our content creation tools, your prompts and input data are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI models for processing. Here's what that means:

Your prompts and content are sent to Anthropic's API for AI generation
Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and terms
We do not use your content to train AI models
AI-generated outputs are stored in your account for your use

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. AI-generated content logs may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
