1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrowthAutopilot ("the Platform"), operated by WebDesignPros365 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
GrowthAutopilot is an AI-powered content creation and social media management platform. We use artificial intelligence (including models from Anthropic) to help you generate blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials for your business.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure: Content created through our platform is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Platform to:
- Generate or distribute hate speech, racial slurs, or content promoting discrimination
- Create content that promotes harm to people or animals
- Produce explicit sexual content or pornographic material
- Generate instructions for dangerous or illegal activities
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems
- Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices
We do allow a wide range of political, religious, and opinion-based content. Our platform is neutral — we don't discriminate based on political viewpoint. See our Content Policy for details.
5. User Responsibility for Published Content
You are solely responsible for all content you create, edit, and publish using the Platform. This includes AI-generated content that you choose to publish. You should review all content before publishing and ensure it complies with applicable laws, does not infringe on third-party rights, and is appropriate for your audience.
6. Limitation of Liability
WebDesignPros365 LLC is not liable for any content that users create, publish, or distribute using the Platform. We provide tools — you decide what to do with them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms, abuse of the Platform, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
Content you create using the Platform belongs to you, subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms. The Platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of WebDesignPros365 LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Platform or its components without our express written permission.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
